I trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine and I am passionate about cooking with high quality and seasonal produce. I work as a private chef, doing dinner parties and other celebratory occasions and I am also happy to do fridge or freezer fillers on a regular basis.

I love working as a private chef as it provides me with the ability to be creative with ingredients to provide the best food and experience for my clients. I am currently doing a weekly 3 course menu for the foreseeable  future which you can find on my Menu page. IT will be using the most seasonal, high quality produce and will be great for those wanting to spend a night in with delicious and beautiful food.
