Bonjour mes amies. Welcome to my website. I have recently moved to Sydney from the UK. I am a professionally trained chef and graduated from Leith's School of Food and Wine. After leaving culinary school, I started as a commis chef working with Michelin starred chef Theo Randall. Since then I have worked in a variety of restaurants in London, mostly Mediterranean focused cuisine. For the last couple of years, I decided to change it up and have been working as a chef at BAO London, a taiwanese style restaurant. During the first lockdown of Covid, I started Dining with Kat as a food delivery business, cooking weekly changing menus for locals, and as we came out of lockdowns, spent more time as a private chef.
Since moving to Sydney in late November, I have been able to spend a lot more time on my writing and recipe development as well as working in a cafe in Bondi. I would love to get back to doing more private work as a chef so please get in contact if you have any occasion you would like catering.
